Although I’ve been many places, there’s more of this amazing world to see, so exercise I do. Thanks to Julia, I CAN carry my 50-pound suitcase. I CAN trek up and down stairs and hillsides. I can tour all day, if I choose to!

"Julia is very helpful when it comes to getting started on the right workout plan. I didn't know how to start off, so I told her my goals and she gave me some workouts to do at the gym. She’s very patient with you when it comes to demonstrating exercises at the gym. She always keeps an eye out to make sure my form is correct. She does well to check on me, making sure that I'm still working out even if I can't workout with her personally. She genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients.
